Project 01
EduSense AI 360
Innovation / Technology ProjectComputer Vision / Classroom AnalyticsEduSense AI 360 is a technology project exploring how computer vision and analytics can give teachers a clearer picture of classroom engagement.
The question
Engagement is one of the most useful things for a teacher to understand and one of the hardest to observe consistently across a whole class and a whole lesson.
The approach
The project combines computer vision with analytics to turn classroom activity into engagement insights for teachers, with real-time monitoring as part of the concept.
EduSense AI 360 is an innovation project under development. It is not offered as a commercial product.

VisionGuide AI
Innovation / R&DAI Perception / Assistive TechnologyVisionGuide AI is a research and development concept that explores combining AI perception with guidance on smart devices for assistive applications.
The question
Assistive devices become more useful when they can perceive their surroundings, but perception has to work within the limits of small, portable hardware.
The approach
The concept pairs AI perception with guidance delivered through a smart device, bringing together computer vision, embedded hardware and software.
VisionGuide AI is an R&D concept. It is not a commercial product or a certified assistive device.

Face2Future
Innovation / R&DAI Vision / Healthcare TechnologyFace2Future (F2F) is an early-stage exploration of how AI vision techniques could be applied in a healthcare technology context.
The question
AI vision is advancing quickly, and its responsible application to healthcare-related technology is an open area of exploration.
The approach
Face2Future investigates AI vision methods in this context as research. The work is exploratory and its direction will be shaped by what the research shows.
Face2Future is exploratory research. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis, has no regulatory approval and is not intended to replace medical professionals.

Open questions
Questions we are working on.
Written as questions, because they are. None of these entries reports results.
Q1Research · Ongoing
What makes a retrieved answer trustworthy?
An answer is only as good as the passages behind it. This ongoing work looks at what retrieval has to get right before generation begins.
Q2Research · Ongoing
Rules before models in institutional automation
Much institutional work is governed by explicit rules. We are studying where a rule-based engine is the right tool, and where AI adds something it cannot.
Q3Experiment · Exploring
When is a smaller model the better choice?
Large general-purpose models are not always the right fit. We are exploring when a small or adapted model is the better engineering decision.
